Brandon the Bedwetter

Chapter 1

When Brandon was just a baby he was late getting potty trained. His mom and dad figured as long as the Pampers diapers still fit him they weren't going to bother potty training him. They had decided that when he out grew the diapers that's when they would start potty training him. And since Brandon was such a small kid the Pampers size 6 fit him just fine until he was 6 years old.

When Brandon finally hit the age of 6 he had just started to out grow the Pampers size 6. His parents thought it was about time they better start potty training him before he totally out grew them. They started working with him doing all the normal potty training routines. They took him to the bathroom as often as they could and rewarded him for his efforts. But after about one month of it they weren't noticing any improvements out of Brandon. He was still being diapered all the time and was still wetting. He wasn't telling them when he had to go. It seemed to them that he wasn't even interested in being potty trained. Since Brandon was their first child they didn't really have any idea what they had to do to potty train a child.

Since after a month they weren't seeing Brandon starting to take to the effects of potty training they thought that they should take him to a doctor and ask for some advice on what they should be doing. They had figured that one month should be long enough for a child to become potty trained. When they finally got into see the doctor he told them that what they had done could ruin Brandon for the rest of his life. He told them that Brandon feels so secure in the diapers that he doesn't want to have to lose them. He told them that this is why they weren't seeing any improvements in Brandon. He told them to take Brandon out of the diapers for one full day and see what happens.

Since Brandon is home schooled by his mom, Jennifer, they could do just what the doctor told them to see if it would work. The next day Jennifer woke Brandon up for school and when she got him up she took off his wet diaper and put him in a pair of training pants. she then put a pair of plastic pants over them just in case he wet. She took him down to feed him breakfast. As he sat there and ate she saw that Brandon wasn't acting as his usual self. She figured it was because he had just woke up.

After breakfast Jennifer went to clean him up and get him in the living room for the days lessons when she noticed that he had wet his pants. She took him up to the bathroom and cleaned him up and put a dry pair of training pants on him and put the plastic pants back on him. They went downstairs and they continued on with what he was learning in school. While Jennifer was talking to Brandon she could tell that something was seriously wrong with him. he wasn't paying attention and had no interest in what was happening. Jennifer didn't know what to do. She called the doctor and told him what was going on and he told her it was because he wasn't diapered. He told her to put him back into a diaper and see what happened then.

After she got off the phone with the doctor she took Brandon back upstairs and put him back into his diapers. Then they went downstairs and continued on with his schooling. She noticed a big change in Brandon after he was back into his diapers. Jennifer didn't know what they had gotten themselves into and how they were going to get Brandon out of diapers.

Chapter 2

After Brandon had a full day of schooling in he got to go outside and play for the rest of the day. Jennifer diapered him and sent him outside to play with the other kids in the neighborhood. While they all played outside all the moms usually got together and talked with each other about their kids and their husbands. Jennifer went over to her next door neighbor's house which happened to be Brandon's best friend Tommy. His mom, Brenda, also taught Tommy at home. When Jennifer got over there she told Brenda all about what she had been doing with Brandon and what the doctor had told her to do. She told her how she took him out of the diapers and ended up putting him back in. Jennifer was up for some real good suggestions from anyone. Since Brenda has 6 kids she had some suggestions to help Jennifer along the way. She told her what she had done with all her kids and it worked really well.

She told Jennifer that what she had done was she took all her kids right out of diapers and never put them back in them. She suffered by having a lot of wet beds and a lot of wet pants but it eventually worked. Jennifer told Brenda that she couldn't do that with Brandon because he fells so secure with his diapers on that if she took him out of them he would get angry and not pay attention and do the things he is suppose to do. Brenda told her that she didn't know what to do.

After about an hour of the boys playing and Jennifer and Brenda talking it was time for them to go home and wait for John, Brandon's Dad, to get home. When he walked in the door he kissed his wife and son and then Jennifer told him that they had to talk. She sent Brandon upstairs to play and then they went into the kitchen to talk. She told John all about what went on today and how Brandon reacted when she took the diapers off of him. She told him what the doctor said to do. She told him what happened after she put the diapers back on him. She asked him what they were going to do with a son who couldn't be taken out of diapers. John didn't have any idea either what they were going to do now.
